I have the same issue
when trying to raise a support ticket here

I get "Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again."
(I am 110% sure my username /password is correct)
and "Forgot your password?" does not send me anything ( nope, no firewalls or blockers)
Can no longer get to regular support ticket site
