Thank for your replies. I will check it in another day and then decide if I want to submit a ticket for such a small amount. I have a feeling its the fees but wanted to confirm this if someone knew for sure

Has it been 24 hours since your last mining session? There is this in their FAQs
Payout eligible: Coins that were earned at least 24 hours ago. The eligible balance is a subset of the main balance. See the "Payouts" section for more details on the payout algorithm.

If you have stopped mining more then 24 hours ago and that payout eligible is the total of your balance, you can set your threshold to below that number to receive a payout since it'd still be above the network minimum, but you'll get a fee for doing so.

If you change the payout threshold to below your payout eligible balance, you should get it paid out in about 22ish hours (since the current payouts just happened 2ish hours ago and it happens once ever 24 hours)
