Pool underreporting profits

Currently, the pool is underreporting profits at the top of the site and to PoolPicker because the query used to compute those values is taking too long to run. We need to figure out how to optimize the query before we can turn this reporting back on, because it will take down the system if allowed to consume resources in its current state.

There is no effect on the rest of the pool or on miners' actual earnings. What you see on the "Earnings" page is what you will be paid. Miners are being paid at the going rate, which is about 25% higher than what is reported currently.

Nice update Steve - thanks for that.

Should be adding another 800-900MH in the next day or two to help the pool out.
