Rejected shares at connect - fix this Saturday

There was a regression introduced as a result of the new coin selection algorithm that didn't appear during testing. When a miner connects, sometimes that miner will begin mining with a difficulty of 1, which is below what the pool believes the miner should be mining; therefore, all the shares are rejected. The problem corrects itself after a new block is received from the server, or after a difficulty adjustment occurs, which is usually two minutes later. This issue is independent of the "duplicate shares" issue that has already been resolved.

We have a fix to this issue in testing and there should be a brief restart tomorrow morning to release the fix.
