Antminer L3+ can't connect - New Registration

Hi All,

I have pointed my Antminer L3+ to prohashing with these settings:
URL stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333
Worker username
Password n=L3

username is my prohashing username, and n=L3 is the miner's name.

I have tried it without the password field as well, with no luck.
I am mining at litcoinpool.org with no problem, but cannot get to connect to prohashing.

I have regestered with prohashing yesterday, and wonder if relates to being a neww account?
Any ideas?

try using the username "joejoe"
in all lowercase and see if the miner sees it as ALIVE.

If so it's account related, the usernames are case-sensitive when you created the account.
or their may be an issue with the new accounts they opened.

Azrul is having the same issue.

I have tested with my username using lowercase as well, still dead.

same thing..... i just setup an L3. my username of xxxjonfxxx does not work.. but joejoe does
