Antminer L3+ Pool Status Dead

I need help setup my L3+
I tried below setting still showing status Dead, use blank password also same
Below my setting
stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333
User: azrultebi
Pass: n=A06

i use same, but password argument: d=32768 n=miner1

all my miners are fine.

It appears to be account related.

I got ahold of Azrul and gave him one of my test accounts to try and was able to connect in and hash fine.
Switching back to original account name, it was dead again.

Azrul will try to make another account and try that.
I had a similar issue on 2 accounts I made, I tried all upper, all lower, and capital letter on the first letter and none worked.

I did verify, miner usernames are case-sensitive. The login for the website/forums is insensitive.
I'm sure this is mentioned in the help page someplace but I missed it, so maybe account issues are speller error related.

A guy on the chat last night was saying he can only connect in on 14 of his 16 miners. I suggested he have them copy the settings from one of the 14 good ones to the two bad ones and replace the n= part of the passwords. My thought was if they misspelled the username on those 2 miners that is why they see the site as DEAD and the other 14 ones are fine. Like they missed the capital letter on 2 of the 16? or the cap locks was on and those 2 have all cap usernames and the other 14 are fine all lowercased? I know for a username you never would have thought it.

i did try create 2 more account and still status is dead. need prohashing support to check this.

I have similar issue. About half an hour ago, my miner gave status Dead to prohashing pool and switched to my backup pool. I rebooted the miner and even created another account, but still the same.

Any idea what's going on? Could this be because of the new website that was and things will go back to normal soon?

If you were connected in before your account is fine, it is just that the pool is down currently.

For the url try just putting in "prohashing.com:3333".
Leave off the "stratum+tcp://" piece of it. The Antminer firmware will add it anyway, but just try not typing it in the url field.
Also make sure that if your username has any capital letters in it, you enter it the exact same way.

Of course, the pool appears to be down right now so nothing you try will work.
