I'm still plagued by ~5-10% lost shares due to this result: Both primary and merge mined shares are stale
I'm using a static difficulty (but high enough where its not being ignored) and also a minimum network difficulty of 3.
Is there any news on what is causing it and when it may be fixed?

i haven't been getting stales, but ive been losing shared due to "wrong algorithm" error on shares
