Actual profit much lower than expected

Post by jaybizz » Sat Aug 05, 2017 11:15 am

So the past couple days I've been looking at the "expected payouts" on the front page and comparing to the actual payout I receive in my account. On the 2nd and 3rd, the actual payouts were somewhat close to the expected, but yesterday my actual payout was almost 25% less than the expected. I realize there are fluctuations and whatnot, but this seems out of the ordinary. To put things in perspective somewhat, my actual payout on the 2nd was roughly the same as yesterday despite the fact that yesterday had a 1.6 cent margin over the 2nd (8.89 vs 7.28), and the actual payout on the 30th was higher than yesterday despite the difference (8.89 vs. 7.44). Has anyone else run into a similar issue recently?

How much hashrate are you mining with? There would be expected to be more variance for a lower hashrate.

If you have a lot of hashrate, then you should submit a support ticket to Chris through E-Mail. He'll be best equipped to investigate this and look into it further.

Actually, I thought about this a little more. What kind of miner are you using? The actual profit may differ from this value if you are using a miner with a high work restart time.
