Did this issue occur for a few seconds or was it present for a long time?

I've heard reports that these errors may be occurring recently, but we don't have anything recording them to the database at present, so we can't track them. That's on our to-do list.

This is daemons fault. My Dash daemons experiencing the same problems from time to time - I can't get block template from it. Usually lasts 2-5 minutes. It happens 2-3 times daily.

I forgot to reply to this earlier, but what Konov says is true.

There is a bug in the DASH client that causes this. We plan to submit a report to the DASH developers, but all pools have this issue.
