I still haven't received my ETH payout that was supposed to be sent over a day ago. Can I please get a status update? The transaction didn't go through and I am losing money because it hasn't been sent.

I apologize for this issue. We don't expect to be able to send ETH until this evening because of the DDoS UDP floods. ETH is the only coin that requires UDP to find peers.
Since we didn't meet the one day promise, we'll see what we can do for affected customers depending on exchange rates whenever the payout occurs.
