I meant as a payout coin, but the dev just abandoned the project anyway.

Unfortunately I can't add CREA because we can't implement coinexchange.io. They do not have any private API, so we cannot perform any trades through them. If CREA is added to another exchange or if coinexchange.io implements a private API, then I will add it.
