Difficulty settings suggestions? not sure what to set it at
Preordered a Antminer L3+ its rated at 504mhs I cant find any difficulty settings anywhere for it. Is there a calculator or rule of thumb when choosing? Ive been using Slushpool for BTC for awhile but lost on Scrypt need a benchmark please.

Re: Difficulty settings suggestions? not sure what to set it at
The difficulty is set on the pool side. At Prohashing, difficulty will automatically be set so that your miner submits a share about every 5-10 seconds. You can also set our difficulty manually with the "d=#" password argument. More details on that are in the help section. If you do set difficulty manually, then you should experiment until you get the optimal earnings, not necessarily the optimal hashrate, because there is a tradeoff between profitability (which decreases with increasing difficulty) and hashrate (which increases with increasing difficulty).

You may want to set the password switch "h=5" which I use on my Titans and older L3s to prevent excessive switching between easy low value coins. You will want to experiment with the "h=" switch over a few days and see if it helps.
