I solved loads of blocks with a 5GH/s nicehash rental which are not showing on the site, but the shares showed up as valid. The block headers from the shares show as valid blocks.
I took screenshots of the solved shares i could see, and checked the block headers from my shares are all on the litecoin block explorer as valid blocks:

It must be a front end glitch. As this was solo mining this was one lucky night for me! Can someone look into my account and let me know when I will be credited these and any i may have missed? If you need the screenshots i will be happy to provide them although looking on my account for the shares in question will probably be trivial for you guys!
EDIT: I have just seen solutions still appearing even though I am not mining; am I seeing other people's shares? I thought these were mine as they were on my dashboard...
EDIT 2: Do not worry too much about this, it seems like the shares i was seeing in my earnings dashboard were someone elses? They looked like mine as they were in my earnings dashboard!

You are looking at the share activity, not the found blocks. What you are seeing are the per-share earnings from merge-mining. Even if you are solo mining, we still use pay-per-share for the merge-mined coins and then convert those earnings to your payout coin(s), in this case Litecoin. Your found solo mined blocks (if any) will show up in the found blocks table.
