This is a common issue with bfgminer. Enclose the multiple password arguments in quotes so that they are not interpreted as separate command line arguments. For example, your password should be:
-p "d=8192 h=5"

Yours technical realization of coinswitch, detection of difficulty etc... is amazing good and much better than other pools! My miner have on your pool the lowest rejected rate and HW Error rate and this on automatic mode! I make the experience than automatic mode is the worst way and spend many time for playing with adjustment workdiff etc. But not here.! I tryed just for fun your automatic mode and works very fine!
