website down?

Post by Khonsu » Fri Aug 05, 2016 1:46 pm

Hey everyone, new to the pool, just made a forum account a few days ago. I can't access the main page for the pool. Anyone working on getting this fixed? All I am getting is An error has occurred. Thanks

Same, pool itself isn't effected from what I gather, its just the site itself.

Thanks for the report. It looks like there was an increase in API usage, which took up more database connections, and crashed the website. I changed the number of connections, which was mistakenly set too low.

As far as I know, mining and payouts were not affected. Feel free to reply if you notice anything unusual.

Chris rebooted the webserver, and it seems like the issue was resolved. That server occasionally crashes for an unknown reason.

Mining continued as normal, and no money was lost. Thanks for the report!
