Payouts not Executing

Hi Elanaz. I won't be able to get you payouts in those coins until you earn more money. They are very small amounts, below the minimum withdrawal amount for the exchanges we use, so i can't actually get the money out of the exchanges. I will see if there is any workaround, but I can guarantee you that you will eventually get paid once the balance increases.

Thanks Chris, It was just yesterday that I know of. Looking at the 2 payouts you made yesterday they are for the 1.7 total so I guess that is covered, thanks.

But there should have been an auto payout made this morning, right? There is a payout that says it was made on 6/14 for for the 6/15 payout of .82856434, but it doesn't show up on the the block chain or my wallet. Says right now that 1.74873740 ETH is payout eligible.

So I guess there is still something not quite right?

The cause behind the original issue was that the Mintcoin client, which runs on the same server as the Ethereum client, was taking up 100% of system resources, leaving the Ethereum client unable to execute payouts, The Mintcoin client has been fixed allowing the Ethereum client to work as well.

However, something weird happened with the ETH payouts this morning. The code paid multiple times to miners for differing amounts, which I believe is because of a mistake I made when I reverted the missing payments. I am working on accounting for what actually got paid and then I will make sure whatever didn't get paid gets sent.

It's still happening, had 1.74873740 ready for payout, with 2.26276762 mined as of 2:45pm ET today, and the site still says the last payout was made (that is not on the block chain) of 0.82856434 which I noted in my post above from earlier today that never posted, but now the redy for payout is down to .65564534 and mined of .66271011, so what happened to the missing ETH +1.6 from today?

Around the time you looked at the page, I was correcting Ethereum balances to account for the payouts that actually executed. So the data you saw was not correct. Check back now and you will see the correct transactions and that they all paid.

New wrinkle, the Live Balances pull down is now saying no coins earned as of 9:50pm ET

Sorry, I was changing code in preparation for http://forums.prohashing.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&p=3447. Coins were being mined and earned the entire time; this was just a website issue. The website should now be back to normal.

Still issues with payouts, not sure if it is just an ETH thing or my account, can you please see whats going on. Missed atleast 2 payouts, I took the miner offline thinking there was an issue and brought it back yesterday, didn't get today's payout.

Never had a payout issue here, bu this is reaching the point I have to move somewhere else if I can't get paid.
