By software, I mean whether you're using cgminer 3.7, or bfgminer 4.x, or some other program. Nobody else has contacted us.

As to other pools, they will probably pay out; it's just that your miner has extremely improbable low luck and you would be reducing the profitability of their pools. The pools would be receiving less than 22% of expected income from your miners. Again, we apologize for this problem, but we need to determine the cause.

I am running a A2 110Mhs but it does not actually say "Terminator" but it is identical in looks.
Here is the software I am using with mine if you want to look at it.. I just fired it back up for a bit have to watch it though cause its in my garage and its very hot out there.

When you say "identical in looks," where did you buy this device? Is it at all possible that you could have been scammed?

We're investigating now whether there is a correlation between hashrate spikes and the "low luck" miners, because the way the low luck miners work would explain the problems with hashrate.

I purchased it from Zoomhash as a used unit. It had a bad power supply when I got it. So I bought a brand new 1300 watt gold series good power supply and zoomhash credited me the 170.00 for the new power supply.
No I did not get scammed because zoomhash paid for a new power supply no problem. And The thing runs very steady on litecoinpool.org. On that pool the hashrate always sits around 103-105 Mhs.. Here is what it is showing on that pool right now.

As you can see the above info is what its been doing over at litecoinpool for about the last about 24 hours.. Never have any problems on that pool.

I really do not understand what you mean by low luck miners... On the software that the A2 uses there are a few diff versions out there. Some where you can overclock or underclock. I just used the one that zoomhash recomended. That I posted. I can tell you I read that there was a version for the A2 that was made that said it did not like coin switching pools., But I did not use that one.. One thing I noticed yesterday when you said my gridseeds were working fine.. The A2 was stuck on Anoncoin and every block it found came up as "Lost" on your pool.. I have never seen that before on the A2. Yesterday was a first. So I still dont get what low luck miners means. Maybe its just that the A2 does not like switching pools??

I notice my total hashrate is higher on all my miners when I use litecoinpool. The gridseeds are higher the Gblacks are higher and the A2 is higher... Total hashrate I get is 165-170 steady. I do not set d= on that pool I only set a password xx or whatever. There pool seems like it tunes the miners itself? I dont know how that works..

On prohash I must set a d= or it seems I get a lot of hardware errors and rejects. I hope we can get this figured out because I like that I can switch coins.. But I have to stay where I make the most money.. Electric cost is to high otherwise I would not mind

I should add.. The unit I purchased never stated it was a 110Mhs unit..

It would make sense to me if there were some issue with this software that only becomes apparent when pools with low-difficulty coins or frequent coin switches are used. If the developers only ever connected the software to litecoin pools, then they wouldn't have known about this problem.

I tried the other software last night and could not even get the A2 to mine even on the other pool. But that software is all custom for overclocking so I I just stayed with what I have been using which is basically a copy of the factory software but with a few miner GUI improvements.. I have spent all night trying diff settings and it seems I fixed my restart penalty and my A2 is no longer stuck and it is now getting blocks.. Its to early to tell though.. It has not been running long enough. But I deff seemed to make it better.. And I agree I think the problem is these powerful machines are not made to mine such low difficulty switching coins. I think that may be a lot of the problem

Its not the stock software of the A2. I think if your going to run a pool this way your going to have to write custom software. You have a serious problem with your restarts. They are WAY TO HIGH now on all of my miners! I cant waist anymore time on this. In my opinion and I dont know anything about how your pool works.. But If I run my A2 at the stock settings my restarts go through the roof and I get stuck on Anoncoin and don't make anything. The few Blocks I find get "lost" which I have never seen until yesterday.. Finally I tried setting the d=all the way down to d=512 on A2 and also dropped my Mhz from 1200 stock to 1100 under clocked it.. That got the A2 free and got the restart times back down to normal. It is now mining way better and now it is finding blocks fine but at the cost of about 15MHS hashrate. If I raise the difficulty where it should be everything just basically frezzes up. And my restarts are through the roof!! If I go dynamic I get errors and rejects. A lot!

NONE of this use to happen. Everytime you guys change something it seems to make things worse. I am going to take your advise and leave the pool until you fix it so I don't drag down anyone else's profit.. I am about to shut down I just wanted to make my threshhold for the day.. I will keep watch and wish you luck in finding the problem..
