ingore threashold has forfited my balances for several days
I have clicked ignore threshold to pay out to me larger sums on a later date, however it has been "forfeited" instead. I have lost about 3 LTC and 0.007 BTC since and would like to have my funds. I did NOT click forfeit funds it was done automatically without my permission. If I could get my coins sent to my payout address and the issue to be fixed that would be ideal. thank you!

Hi jack,
What type of mining equipment and firmware are you using?

A2 Terminator, The issue is that my balance has been "forfeited" and not that my miner has stopped or shares have been rejected. If you look at my transaction history I have "forfeited" my balances without consent.

Thanks. Your miner was identified as one of those that has unusually poor luck. For the time being, I suggest that you stop mining until we can identify a solution. You should also not run your miner at any other pools, because they will also suffer from the problem. You can solo mine, but will only receive 22% of expected rewards from that.
I think the software you're using is the problem, not the miner itself. Are you using open source software? If so, I want to look at the source code.
We're going to do some research into Terminators and the software you're using, once we find out what you're using, to see if there is a way to improve this issue. We'll also investigate getting your money refunded.
You should hear back from us soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Have you had a chance to get back to me with the name and version of the software you're using? Until you do that, we can't progress any further on this issue.
For now, I'll enter a bug into our bugtracker and will await your reply.

No it isnt the software other pool are paying me currently and successfully paid me out. other people are having the same issue, and now BTC and LTC are on a bullrun and I dont have my money. I have no idea what you mean by "software" it is a raspberry pie cluster. If its not just me and It works elsewhere it is a bug in your site. I am using tor to manage my account. I doubt that is the issue.

By software, I mean whether you're using cgminer 3.7, or bfgminer 4.x, or some other program. Nobody else has contacted us.
As to other pools, they will probably pay out; it's just that your miner has extremely improbable low luck and you would be reducing the profitability of their pools. The pools would be receiving less than 22% of expected income from your miners. Again, we apologize for this problem, but we need to determine the cause.

I am running a A2 110Mhs but it does not actually say "Terminator" but it is identical in looks.Steve Sokolowski wrote:By software, I mean whether you're using cgminer 3.7, or bfgminer 4.x, or some other program. Nobody else has contacted us.

Hi Jack,
I apologize. It turns out your account was identified in error. We'll restore the balances by tonight. There are also some other miners who were identified in error and they will also be credited.
You should see a refund within a few hours, and the full payouts will go out tomorrow.
For your trouble, we will pay you an additional 25% in profit in addition to everything that will be refunded.
