Two days ago, before the latest release, suboptimal mining caused profitability to be listed lower than the theoretical litecoin profitability. Yesterday, after we determined that the issue had been resolved, at 6:00pm we increased earnings by 18% to compensate. You can see that earnings rose yesterday in the "daily profits" chart, but they did not fully recover to LTC because the change had not been effective for the entire day.
Today, it seems that the pool has been earning 4.3 cents with 4.1 cents of litecoin profitability so far. If everything checks out with this improvement, then Chris will honor his commitment from last week and provide a day of bonus mining later in the week.
