GPU Algorithms?
Is there a breakdown of your algo's that state whether they are cpu/gpu or asic compatible? I couldn't find anything and doing research on my own getting very mixed results. Thanks.

So I don't want to be mean about this, but it's pretty easy to find what algos are what. The bottom line is that for Proshashing, Ethash is king. After that etc, then ETHash low mem

I am new to mining and haven't fully grasped ASIC mining. I noticed there are some that have both like ETH where you can be profitable on both GPU and ASIC but then something like Equihash that is also GPU & ASIC compatible that doesn't pay very well. I was just asking if anyone had done a breakdown of each algorithm on here. My searches did not show any results.

But for which algorithms work best with which hardware, a Google search will give you a lot of information, and there are quite a few YouTube tutorials on mining that might be helpful.

The backup pool I like to use for experimentation has an exhaustive list of mining algorithms and what they can be mined with. You can see that list right on the homepage: zergpool.com On Prohashing, only Monero (Randomx) can be mined with a CPU and certain algos like Equihash, SHA265, and Scrypt are only worth mining with ASICs. Google each one individually if you want specific info about each algo. But since Prohashing lets you choose what to be paid in regardless of what you mine, I highly recommend trying out a few of the GPU algos (Ethash if your GPU has >4GB, otherwise start with Etchash, then Equihash-144_5 and Ethash-LowMemory) to see what your hashrate is with each. Then you can math out your daily earnings with the info provided on the Prohashing status page, pick whichever one gets you the most bang for your buck, and hash away!

I'm working on KAWPOW right now. I wrote the code, but I'm waiting for the Ravencoin testnet to synchronize, and am having issues with that. I can't promise that - my main focus right now is on human resources tasks - hiring people, training those new employees, and on creating a plan to incentivize existing employees.
Ideally, we will fill the listed positions on the "Careers" page, so that my focus can be redirected full-time to the deep technical work that we need to accomplish to add more algorithms and create new features. In the real world, where I just rode past another pizza parlor today that had closed due to the labor shortage, I can't promise 100% that I'll be done before Christmas.
But I'll try my hardest to deliver that Christmas present to everyone!
