Coinbase Account Disconnects

For the third time this year Payouts has disconnected from Coinbase and jacked my payouts all up for a few days until I get it all sorted out. Is this normal? Does CB disconnect every 3 months or something like that? Just wondering, it's getting to be a headache. :cry:

I apologize, but I'm a little confused.

In your other post, you stated that you didn't want to create an account, and therefore could not see the payout options. Here, you said that you're having issues with Coinbase disconnecting every three months, implying that (with four three month periods) you have had an account for at least one year.

Could you clarify?

Haha. Sorry Steve I see how that can be confusing. I didn't want to create Forum account but I did to inquire about the disconnect issue. I've been a PH and CB customer both for some time. PH seems to disconnect my Coinbase connection every 3 months. Or maybe it Coinbase disconecting from PH.

If you had US dollar payouts through Coinbase connected, these payouts were discontinued this week, and perhaps that could be the cause of your problem. You should use direct bank account payouts now, which do not lose fees to Coinbase.
