Support Ticket
So I had support ticket open in your Jira system, I was told all tickets will be resolved upon closure of Jira and now I see that Jira is sadly down, yet my ticket has never been resolved (we agreed with Chris upon solution, but it was never executed). I'm wondering what's now, since it's been a while.

Could you submit a new ticket using the website chat system?
