BTG pplns luck?
Just curious as to why it's showing me over 11 Million percent. seems a bit odd.
Re: BTG pplns luck?
Luck is a function of how much work is done compared to the difficulty of the block. Basically (Block Difficulty/Total Difficulty)*100 = %
So if a block is a difficulty of 10K, and only 100 work has been done then (10000/100)*100 = 10000%. Later on there is 15000 work put in (10000/15000)*100=66.66%
As your work put in gets closer to the difficulty it will go down until 100%. At that point this is when you are statistically supposed to get a block, but again, statistics doesn't mean you will, just that you could.
