Not sure what's up but I keep getting this error while mining x17 (shieldcoin)

Could you submit a support ticket about this? We're going to need to get some additional information from you. Please make sure to fill out the "Prohashing username" and "password arguments" fields, since they aren't visible in the image. Thanks!
