Re: Merged Mining question
all merge mining is paid as per share in the primary mined coin.
Re: Merged Mining question
that doesn't answer the "why" though. Id rather earn the litecoin as the litecoin and the doge as doge.

Re: Merged Mining question
There isn't a particular reason why - it was just the first method of payouts that was implemented. Something had to be done first.
If you'd like, I can add this suggestion to the feature requests.
Re: Merged Mining question
Please do! Also with a person solo mining, for example mining litecoin, and the byproduct being doge. With the block rewards of 10k doge, shouldnt that be going to the person that mined it, seeing as they're the ones that are associated with the block? I can see being pps for the litecoins etc.

Question. if someone Solo mines a Doge block while mining LTC does the entire DOGE block get converted to LTC as payment under the current payout settings for solo mining?

Re: Merged Mining question
In solo mining, merge-mined coins are paid per share, regardless of whether the customer finds primary coin blocks or not. That's why solo mining customers see a small but steady increase in earnings at all times, and then a large increase when a primary block is found.Philipdz wrote: ↑Tue Jul 13, 2021 6:39 amPlease do!
