Unable to login to Support page to place a ticket

My username and password works for the Prohashing Dashboard however, it doesn't work on the Help > Support page. I tried resetting my password there but I didn't get a link to reset it. When I tried to register with my email address it said it already exists. I wanted to place a ticket as one of my payouts didn't make it to my wallet. The transaction ID isn't visible on the block explorer. I can see previous transactions just fine.

Looks like the payout went through earlier today however, I still can't login to the support page.

I am having this same issue as well. If I try to login to create a support ticket it says my username and pass are incorrect. If I try to the forgot password link I don't get the email, if I try to sign up for account it says an account already exists.

The support page is its own system. You will need to make a new account to use it. It also uses your email as the username.

I'm having the same issue cant file a support ticket. my password and username work here and for the dashboard and just fine but it says
Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again.
I'm having a issue where my threshold is met on 2 days ago and then i check to see if it sent and it says threshold not met , then i wait again and it will say threshold met, then it says payout pending so I think its ok but then it goes back to saying threshold not met going on 3 days now at first I did not take a screen shot but the 2nd and 3rd day I took a screen shot showing it was met. this is on Kusama and polkadot , also my first polkadot withdraw never arrived at my wallet even though it shows processed with a transaction ID number. but i cant follow it so not sure if it is correct.

The support page is its own system. You will need to make a new account to use it. It also uses your email as the username.

We can't make new accounts, it says accounts already exist.

We can't make new accounts, it says accounts already exist for email and the forgot password link isn't sending a link.

I was able to login using email as username. Also use this for nick to send the email too.
