Missing shares help please

So just joined yesterday, great site ty

I left my miner running all night on Equihash, woke up this morning 1850 shares, says 1847 accepted in console

But website said only 413 accepted
on the mining pager there are big gaps for recieved shares at the bottom of page, 9:45am then next one 1:05 pm.. yet I got lots of shares between that time in the mining console of cc miner

Am I missing something?
Why did it not record the shares?

could it be a coin switch issue? I noticed it was mining horizon but then on restart it switch to zcash
Any explanations or help appreciated

* Not every share that is submitted is displayed. Shares that are not displayed in this table are still credited towards mined balances.

That's a lot missing though

Maybe a 'Total shares submitted in a 24hr period would be a good feature

The system records about one in every 400 shares, and the shares are recorded at random. The purpose for recording the shares is so that we can conduct rough audits by multiplying the random data by 400.

Unfortunately, we can't record every share. The database is about 2TB right now, and would be more than 100TB if all shares were recorded. Having every share wouldn't be very useful, and simply querying all the data would take far too long.

I think it would be better to use Kafka or something similar for this purpose. Agree that storing all of that in a database would be expensive.

Doing things this way would let you store everything cheaply in a log, but periodically update a database.

so I left my miner on all night and i wake up is still working etc. and I didn't realize I had went into the file and changed it to 144_5 algorithm and so I changed it back to Eth and now its not submitting my shares to prohashing and i don't understand why.

This issue sounds like a problem with your specific configuration. It would be best if you submit a support ticket, and we'll be glad to help.
