Account balance displaying negative value and balance

I've noticed that since the correction for the ID Column overflow my account balance shows negative for part of the mining day. It doesn't appear to be affecting the daily payout but doesn't give me a good feeling about my actual mining efforts.

Are you using "ignore payout threshold"? Using it can result in small negative balances. The reason is that we are unable to estimate fees for payout transactions before they occur. Therefore, we pay the full mature balance then subtract the fees from the remaining balance. If the payout brings your balance to zero, then you would have a small negative balance after the transaction fee is subtracted.

As a second solution, after I correct for the missing shares this morning, I will re-synchronize the account balances with the shares submitted. That should remove any remaining error that could cause negative balances.

Ignore Threshold is not selected in the Settings area of my account.

-0.02510178 BTC is the current balance that I'm showing and that is about almost 10 times larger than the 5% pool fee.

Our database reports you as having a positive balance. From what I can tell this is an error that is limited to the balance shown on the website. The mature balance is still correct. I am looking into fixing what the website shows and will update you when I have more information

I have the same issue.
Im showing this:

Litecoin -5.33324830 $-17.94 0.00000001 0.59457886 5:18:40 AM

But, I still get payouts. Its pretty annoying seeing this tho =/
Hard to tell what my balance actually is lol

I fixed the issue with the balances and they now are correct. Thanks for your patience.

Also, did the pool really do almost 200% pps yesterday?! Thats insane!

You mean 200% LTC? We're getting surprising results now that Chris is fixing all the coins and adding markets to the new software. Wait until we resolve the remaining issues over the next few days!
