We have PMs disabled on these accounts, because it became too difficult to track the messages that were coming into them. Support tickets differ because they allow the person who is most qualified to resolve an issue to be assigned a ticket, and responses to be tracked by all people.

It would be great if you could submit a support ticket, and we can continue our discussion there.

I found an issue with our router that would have prevented a small number of users from connecting to port 3359, and I have fixed it. You should be able to connect now. Please let me know if it is fixed.
