Manually adjusted dogecoin orphan rate

For the next few days, we've decided to manually add 10% to the dogecoin orphan rate, reducing its profitability by the same amount.

Unfortunately, the price of dogecoins has been declining over the past few hours, and this rapid decline has been occurring before we can sell mined blocks. The increase of orphan rate is assuming that the price will decline about 10% every 3 hours, which is in line with the crashes so far.

Once the dogecoin price falls back to the level it was at earlier in the week, or if it stabilizes for a few days at a higher price, we'll undo this manual action.
