Currently, Tether is in error because Binance closed our account, and Binance was the only exchange that we have enabled that offers it.
We applied for a Binance US account, along with new accounts at six other exchanges, nine days ago but have yet to receive any responses. Unfortunately, we won't be able to pay out any Tether balances until we can obtain an account at Binance US or another exchange that trades Tether.
There is no need to submit a support ticket to us about the issue, as we can't take any action about it. If you need your Tether now, the best choice is to contact Binance US and ask them to expedite the approval process for our account.
