Miners connected but not getting earnings

Hello, since 2 or 3 days ago, my miner are connected and submitting shares correctly to prohashing but im not getting earnings, i submitted a ticket to support but i havent got an answer from prohashing, whats going on? Should i disconnect from prohashing or are you gonna update the earnings???
