I would probably say that products and services, or general discussion, are the best places. But this sounds like something that's more closely related to our system than many of the services posted there.
Why not make a post there, and then I'll read more about it and maybe we can feature it more prominently!

Announcements of products and services are generally posted in the "cryptocurrency" discussion forums, but you're welcome to post here when the topic involves Prohashing itself, or a comparison to Prohashing's services, as you did here.
