Hi there
I lost my phone, got replacement with new SIM & SIM swap to original number
Im using "Authy" for 2FA, but my written down recovery password is not accepted for unlocking ANY of the sites I use it on
Authy says I have to take it up with the various sites
As I can not raise a support ticket through https://jira.prohashing.com, Im raising the question here
Pls assist & inform me how the resetting of the 2FA for Prohashing is done

You can submit a support ticket at the URL you listed. The support ticket system is separate from the site's accounts, so just create a new account there.
Once you create one and submit a ticket, we'll be able to guide you through the "last ditch account recovery" process, which allows you to prove your identity by sending money from a wallet associated with the account. We'll talk to you in your support ticket.

mmmm, problem, like I see many others experience
only have a login option, no option for new account on jira.prohashing
I get this ..
"Not a member? To request an account, please contact your Jira administrators"
when selecting that, I get this back
"Your Jira administrator has not yet configured this contact form"

I eventually got in via another (longer) URL and received an email
but replying to it or sending a new one to support@jira.prohashing.com
returns with
Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<support@jira.prohashing.com>:
454 4.7.1 <support@jira.prohashing.com>: Relay access denied
this happens from ANY of my email accounts, PVT, business and even Gmail
Pls advise
I eventually got in via another (longer) URL and received an email
but replying to it or sending a new one to support@jira.prohashing.com
