likely not, I think the last issuance was June 25.
Unless there was another one after that I didnt see or read about.

The price manipulations by tether might be seen as a reason bitcoin faultered if anything.

I'd expect the rise in bitcoin price having more to do with us moving closer to Q4 2018 and the topping off of the yearly bubble.
