How many posts do i need to send a PM to someone?

How many posts do i need to send a PM to someone?

Hi.

My question is already in the subject.
I need to send a PM to 2 persons in the forum.
I was always just reading the forum and not making any posts.
Now i would like to send a PM but the system tells me that i am not active enough, that i should participate in discussions.
But it doesnt show, HOW MANY posts it should be.

Can someone tell?
