There was an issue with ZCash having changed its transaction format. The issue has been resolved, but the changes are not yet released. Chris anticipates releasing the changes later tonight.

My Z9 mini was working but suddenly stopped making any money about 10 days ago.

Try upgrading your Z9 mini to the latest firmware. There was an update that fixed a number of serious issues released within the past two weeks.
