IP addresses not showing up

I have 12 antminer L3+. I shut them down to clean them last night. Now only 10 are coming back and connecting with IP address. On the two that aren't connected neither the red or the green lights are coming on. Any advice? Thanks!

how exactly did you clean them? i hope you didn't 'vacuum' them.
