i just started mining with two titans how long does it take the pool to optimize using my miners?

Most of the optimizations occur within the first minute, but the difficulty takes longer. I'd say that after 10 minutes the miners should be well-optimized.

There are additional optimizations we'll be releasing this afternoon that fix some issues with frequent blocks and Titans. If you're dissatisfied with the optimization that's happening now, you can optimize manually with password arguments, or you can wait for this next release and see if that works better for you.

I will wait for your fix to come out, I tried to implement a single coin argument (c=gamerscoin) to see if I could get the hashrate up, but the miners just sat at zero so I removed that argument and the miners started mining again.
If I just mine litecoin on another pool the Titans easily do 330-350 MH each but on a multipool its more like 250-280 each which I assume is from the constant coin switching quick blocks etc.
Even at the lower hashrate it seems to be earning similar amount, only one solid day so far so hopefully it increases faster than litecoin alone
