Payouts.

Post by Groovyman » Thu Jul 23, 2015 7:02 pm

What time do you do payouts? Are they at a set time everyday? Are they every day? Just wondering how that part works. Thanks in advance.

Payouts are currently scheduled to occur at 5:18am, but we only guarantee that payouts will occur sometime during the next day.

However, in some cases, exchanges don't respond to our withdrawal requests quickly enough, and we don't get enough money out to pay until later in the day. Other times, there is bad luck and money needs to be pulled from dollar-based accounts, which is time-consuming.

Chris can help you if you need a more precise answer. On 95% of days, payouts are automatic at 5:18, but other times there can be a few hours of delay to later the same day.

Thanks man, no worries. Just curious about it and wanted to know how it was "supposed" to work. lol..as so many things are in the crypto world. I'm pretty much used to it by now. Have a great evening, and thanks for the quick response.
