Blake algorithm
With the advent of siacoin blake asic miners from antminer and with the forthcoming siacoin and decred miners from obelisk.tech in may/june 2018, will Prohashing.com support this algo?
Re: Blake algorithm
why bother, no one cares.

Re: Blake algorithm
No, Blake is a different story. Any algorithm with ASICs is usually profitable enough for us, because if it weren't, the ASIC manufacturers wouldn't see profit in making ASICs either.zafar177 wrote:With the advent of siacoin blake asic miners from antminer and with the forthcoming siacoin and decred miners from obelisk.tech in may/june 2018, will Prohashing.com support this algo?
I'm talking more about coins that use obscure algorithms like Lyra2RE, where there are only a few valueless coins.

Re: Blake algorithm
So steve what is the deal then will prohashing support blake2s? to support the asics? that would be great i would really not like to mine with another pool.

Re: Blake algorithm
Isn't that exactly why we would want Sia, and other Blake Algo coins mined on hashing? Because its a PPS ASIC based pool? Just saying.

Re: Blake algorithm
Yea unfortunately I agree, which is why I am going Equi and X11 and Sha for future
Re: Blake algorithm
Any update on support for Obelisk.tech miners, SC1 and DCR1 miners? (Blake2B & Blake256)?Steve Sokolowski wrote:No, Blake is a different story.
