LTC issue

Post by avilanch2000 » Sat Jul 18, 2015 3:04 pm

Having an issue with my LTC not fully withdrawing. I have about.06 LTC that wont withdraw from my account. However if I mine LTC what I mine for the day will withdraw but the.06 stays If I stop mining then it still sits there. Any thoughts?

I'm sorry for not being able to resolve this sooner. I've been very busy with preparing for the server upgrade, and I will not be able to have an answer until tomorrow. Please bear with me. I apologize for the delay.

I've spent hours investigating this today, and it's still stumping me. You definitely are owed that money, but our payout script is not showing your account as requiring a payout. I am continuing to test the payout script line by line to see what could be causing this.

Chris determined the cause of this issue. Unfortunately, it is not good news.

The cause of the problem is that the balances being displayed on the website do not include the transaction fees charged when customers click "ignore payout threshold." The 0.06 litecoins is equal to the transaction fees incurred over the lifetime of the account by ignoring the payout threshold. Therefore, these coins are not actually owed, and the payout script is functioning properly :(

We will fix the bug in the website as soon as possible so that the correct balances are displayed. Sorry for the confusion, and I wish that the answer was more positive.

I can understand those kinds of issues Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately I'm using a fairly small miner and would take quite a long time to reach the payout threshold.

Thanks For providing me with an answer.
