The system submitted a payment of the 808Coin on 3-12, but it never came in the wallet.
Also, there is no transaction ID on the payment.
Can you please check what the status of this transaction?

By OPENING A CASE...you mean you went to support.prohashing.com and filled in a support ticket right?
