Chris to make share corrections
During the period of network connectivity issues this morning, something happened which caused the database server to stop inserting shares. I wasn't able to determine the cause of the problem, but I restarted the database and everything seems back to normal.
During that time, some shares were not inserted. Chris will make share corrections in about 12 hours, after today's release is issued. No money was lost. I apologize for the inconvenience!

Nice, thank you
Re: Chris to make share corrections
my balance is about a third of what it should be at this time of the day.
Re: Chris to make share corrections
Same here :/... They'll correct the situation soon probably.
Anyways, as long as I finish the day with an average of what I normally make, I don't see any problem.
Otherwise, I ll just switch for some other pool. I hope I won't have to do it thoo.

My miner was mining all night, then from 5am UTC to 11am UTC I made 1cent, when will I be credited?

When shall we be credit for the missing shares Steve? I thought it was going to be done within 12 hours according to your message.
Cheers

During the time before 5:30am Eastern, the mining server was experiencing network connectivity issues. As the documentation states, when miners are disconnected from the network, compensation is not available and miners should set backup pools.grae21 wrote:My miner was mining all night, then from 5am UTC to 11am UTC I made 1cent, when will I be credited?
During the following 2.5 hours, miners were mining without shares being credited. That time was corrected by Chris already.
Re: Chris to make share corrections
looking at my 'worker history' today, i see that all miners were conneted all day and humming along at their expected hashing rate. however, my earnings are not what they should be at this time of day. please investigate and correct. thank you.

Could you submit a support ticket about this issue? We need to know more information, like the exact timeframe of the issue.Foxx wrote:looking at my 'worker history' today, i see that all miners were conneted all day and humming along at their expected hashing rate. however, my earnings are not what they should be at this time of day. please investigate and correct. thank you.
