A) Quoting Steve from above "In regards to your ticket, I told you in the ticket that because you threatened legal action, I cannot comment further on the issue at this time. We will get back to you when we have additional information." is not true. Aka, a lie. Unless I am overlooking, this statement was never said in any open ticket on my account. Please let me know what ticket so I can eat these words.
B) GregG's Due to A) your statement is also false. In fact Steve has kindly stated that he has closed 150 tickets today alone so a little push has been good for his business. We all appreciate that I am sure.
C) I am not threatening anyone. I am merely stating the obvious chain of events. I will continue to request my ticket from mid December to be resolved.
In conclusion , Some weak people will bend over the barrel and take it. I am not one of those people.
I will be one of your greatest cheerleaders once the $50 has been settled. Hopefully you can prove that it was a fault on my end and I will owe PH an apology. In fact I have thought all along that as soon at it is settled I will make a donation. I am confident that it is not my fault.
