Post by Sue-Bee » Sun Feb 04, 2018 3:53 pm

My iphone sunk to the bottom of ocean.
Got new iPhone, restored from backup.
The Google Authenticator app I had for Two Factor, doesn't have all my 2 Factor information.

Prohashing has already made a statement regarding this, if you don't backup your 2FA keys and you lose your 2FA device, unfortunately you have to create a new account.

Oh boy... Please ProHashing... can you reset / remove my 2FA?
Can't you call and verify?

No money has been lost. Inactive accounts are paid out automatically after 90 days. Unfortunately, however, it's not possible to reset two-factor authentication codes, because many customers depend on our policy of refusing to reset them.

Is that the case even if the account hasn't met the minimum threshold?

I think that's what Steve meant, that the coins mined, even below threshold will be delivered after 90 days

At least that is what I'm hoping, otherwise, back to square one

Yep. The transaction fees the network charges are deducted from the balances, but everything is paid in full at the 90 day mark. That's because we want to get money off our books as quickly as possible.
