It looks like Cryptsy didn't process its withdrawals in a timely fashion, causing some coins to take many hours to get confirmed. There are still some coins that are waiting for a few blocks to be mined. When the payouts executed, some coins were unable to be paid because there wasn't enough money locally to pay them.

Chris will try again in a few hours to execute the payouts as soon as Cryptsy's withdrawals are confirmed on the blockchains.
