I want to apologize to everyone in announcing that we have decided to reduce our usual level of promptness for customer support just for today and tomorrow. We'll try to get back to everyone within 36 hours.
As you can see, we have been making significant progress in stabilizing the system by moving coin daemons over to the new servers. Chris has moved 40 daemons completely, and 70 more are downloading blocks and are ready to be moved. We don't want the system to go down during the bonanza when people can be making a fortune due to the altcoin bubble.
We do keep track of all E-Mails and tickets. We'll focus on issues relating to payouts first and deal with other questions later. Response times should be back to normal by Saturday, and we will continue to make sure that everyone is paid promptly and accurately, even if payouts are delayed by a few hours. Chris stayed up until 7:10am this morning to make progress on these issues.
