what could be wrong ? running cgminer 4.3.5

The https:// website itself is not minable. Remove http:// from the URL.

Prohasing.com:3333
OR stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333

it's saying pool difficulty changed to 65536 meaning it's getting some instruction from the pool to set difficulty. why it would set several times in a row within a few minutes, i don't know. i didn't like cgminer 4.3.5, i couldn't get it to work right for my zeus miners. did removing the http:// work?

These logs read like the miner successfully connected to the pool, but isn't submitting any work. Are you sure this miner is actually working?
