ETH Fee Incorrect?? 0.41268238 ETH?

I have had my payouts split between ETH and LTC and recently moved it to mostly ETH. I just noticed the fee listed on the payout page is 0.41268238 ETH ! Can you please check this, and also see if it was deducted from me previously? Here's what my page shows:

Your Threshold: ($100.00) Change
Minimum Threshold: 0.01000000 ($12.01)
Free Threshold (Default): 0.08327326 ($100.00)
Maximum Threshold: 0.41636631 ($500.00)
Estimated Fees: 0.41268238 ($495.58)

I'm looking to see the totals of the payouts but only see the transaction and transfer numbers at the bottom of the settings page. I can't see a breakdown of what fees were deducted. I think I have it set to payout only on the free threshold for now. so does this mean I wasn't charged any fees?

Also - I tried to go into create a support ticket but it says my login Is invalid. I'm able to login to the rest of the site and chat section with no issue.

I believe the support ticket system is its own system.
You may need to create an account on there to use it.

Yep I mine Ethereum as well and the fee has gone sky high.... :shock:

Thanks for the report. Chris investigated and we were unable to determine what caused the problem. The fee for that payout was not 0.41 ETH.

Since this is a low-impact problem and it has never happened before, we decided not to spend any more time on it. Chris corrected the row in the database and we'll perform further investigation should it happen again.
